An inter-state gang of automotive thieves has been busted with the arrest of eight individuals and 10 autos have been recovered which they lifted from Delhi-NCR, Noida Police stated on Tuesday.
The gang lifted vehicles from Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad and offered them to consumers in Gujarat and Jammu and Kashmir at low costs after getting solid paperwork, the police stated.
The gang, arrested by a workforce from NoidaSector 58 police station, has been concerned in “dozens of automotive thefts” in Delhi-NCR, Extra Commissioner of Police (Legislation and Order) Love Kumar stated.
“Ten stolen autos have been recovered which embrace 4 Toyota Fortuner, three Maruti Swift, one every Renault Duster, Honda Metropolis and Hyundai Creta. Mr Kumar stated the inter-state gang had its members in locations like Gujarat, Jammu and Kashmir, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
